1. This Giveaway is sponsored by Gabriella White, LLC 3140 Pelham Parkway Pelham, AL 35124.
2. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Gabriella White, LLC and its affiliated brands (Gabby, Summer Classics), along with their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.
3. Entries will be accepted beginning July 6, 2026 and ending July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST. Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be counted.
4. How to Enter - During the entry period, eligible entrants may enter by completing the official entry form, available online or in person via QR code displayed at participating Gabriella White store locations. Entrants must select the store location they wish to be entered for. Limit one (1) entry per person, per location, for the duration of the entry period. Multiple entries from the same person for the same location will be disqualified.
5. One (1) winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received for each of the following twelve (12) Gabriella White store locations: Pelham, AL; Pelham Outlet, AL; Atlanta, GA; Atlanta Outlet, GA; Charlotte, NC; Charlotte Outlet, NC; Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Winter Park, FL; Chestnut Hill, PA; and Scottsdale, AZ. Twelve (12) winners will be selected in total, one per location. The drawing will take place on Monday, August 3, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each location.
6. Each winner will receive one (1) Gabriella White gift card in the amount of $250, redeemable at the store location for which they were entered, honoring the 250th anniversary of American independence.
7. Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at entry within 3 business days of the drawing. To receive the gift card, each winner must visit their designated store location in person within thirty (30) days of the winner announcement. If a winner fails to claim their prize within this thirty (30) day period, the prize will be forfeited, and Gabriella White reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries for that location or to not award the prize.
8. Marketing Communications Disclosure -By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge and agree that the email address provided will be added to Gabriella White's email marketing list and may be used to send promotional email communications. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email.
9. Gabriella White reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or in violation of these Official Rules. Gabriella White reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Gabriella White's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability - By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Gabriella White, its affiliated brands, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
11. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Gabriella White to use the winner's name, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
12. Information collected from entrants is subject to Gabriella White's Privacy Policy.
13. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.
